Bob's Story
Wow, 40 years almost for our class beginnings.
..Debbie Robinson and I have been married now 33 years. We have two children, a son Robert who is a record producer and recording engineer in Franklin, south of Nashville. He is still single but it appears now not for long. Elizabeth our daughter is an elementary school teacher and has been married to a great guy who is a high school teacher and footbal coach for going on three years. No grandchildren, just four grand dogs and two grand cats.
Debbie and I graduated from Baylor University after getting married after our sophmore year. Life has been interesting. I became a clinical psychotherapist and minister out of a desire to be in the helping profession...It has been a good call. I have served in the pastoral role around 20 years in a pastorate of some sort, mainly mission churches and interim pastorates.
I went back into private practice as a therapist in 1984 working mainly in collaboration with primary care physicians.

I am commuting to Nashville from Tampa each week. I have been in corporate healthcare since 1991 as a principal owner of healthcare networks. We move to Tampa in 1994 and have been there since. The Nashville market is fantastic and is a far better people climate than Tampa Bay, although I am now allergic to suits and ties... I still do some therapy each week in the area of addictions and affective disorders such as depression and pain management.
We lost Mom in 2003 after she had several years of health issues. Dad still lives in Tellico Hills and we vist at least once a month.
I look back on the ver good days at DB, especially skipping math class so often sixth period. It hasnt hurt my math too much but God forbid I would have to do any form of algebra. You guys have given me lots of memories, cherished and in the long run Thanks! From all my heart God bless each of you and your families...I truly look forward to seeing the old school family wherever.
