Life
I'm just waiting for my retirtement from the State Patrol after thirty-three years. I was just over a year from my regular full retirement, but some more heart issues have come up and the State of Iowa is kicking me to the curb. It's a good thing too. I just don't have the energy to fight and wrestled down the young hell raisers like in the old days. I'd get chest pains and then I'd just have to shoot 'em. next time I shoot someone, I could actually get in trouble. And no more speeding around like a bat out of hell. Some ass of a cop could give me a damn ticket. I guess driving drunk is out now also.
I guess I'll need to get another job, or I could just go into politics. It's a pretty good gig from what I've seen.
