I changed my name to Kris when I was a sophomore at Claremont Men's College.
After getting an MFA in ceramics in 1977 from Rhode Island School of Design, I had several
teaching jobs (Laguna Beach School of Art, U.S.C. and Asst. Professor at SDSU.)
With my art career doing well, I gave up teaching. Since high school and after graduate school, I lived in Laguna Beach (18years), Venice CA (8years), San Francisco (8years)
then moved to Aspen/Basalt where I've been 15 years. I built a studio/residence in

I was married for 18 years, followed by two relationships that ironically lasted 8 years each.
No children, but two cats. Very happy and grateful to be in good health. I am an avid skier, road cyclist,, and regularly use a pilates reformer and nordictrack ifit rower. My best to you who have taken the time to read this.
