Bob's Story
High School was interesting unfortunately I only remember wanting it to be over so I could leave. After 2 years of college (which I admit I was not prepared for) I ended up in Florida. After several jobs I ended up being a Firefighter for Orange County (Orlando). Orlando was a crazy town when I got here in 76. Drive thru liqour stores, everyone drank and drove. It was definitly "Sin City" with everything you could imagine. Fortunately for me as I got older I found someone to settle down with. was over 26 years ago and I love her more today than yesterday.
I retired from the Fire Department as a Lieutenant assigned to a Ladder Truck. I spent the majority of my career working in the "low economic" sections of town. We were busy but the people we helped were appreciative of our hard work and dedication. We have a daughter who has just graduated college and is on her own. Now that I am retired we have gotten our sailboat and we will be headed out to the islands. So if your in the Caribbean and see the sailboat "Spirit Home II" come aboard and we'll share old stories over an "adult beverage"
