Bob's Story
Graduated from Florida State University 1974 with a BA in Political Science.
1974 Joined US Customs, posted to Nassau Bahamas, Key Largo and Miami Airport.
1978 joined the Foreign Service, spent 27 years as a diplomat, working in American embassies in 10 countries Mexico PapuaNewGuinea Nicaragua DominicanRepublic Denmark Guinea-Bissau Belize London Barbados, plus one month stints in Colombia Grenada Scotland.
Married the former Colleen Joy Hagerty in 1987.

Fretz in Belize in 1998 (brought her home from the hospital at the age of 90 minutes). The apple of my eye.
Retired from the Foreign Service in 2005 to Edmonds Washington, a beautiful little town 17 miles north of Seattle on Puget Sound, went to Seattle Pacific University to get my teaching certificate, and in 2007 started teaching at King's High School, a large old private prestigious Christian school in nearby Shoreline. I teach 10th and 11th grade US and World History.
