Bob's Story
After graduation from Bentley HS I joined the USAF for 4 years. My second year was spent in Vietnam and the remaining years I was on the All-USAF Olympic Shooting Team. After my enlistment I went to BYU for B.S. and M. Ed. degrees. Got married while a student to a girl from Utah, so we stayed in this state up to the present time. We have 3 children, 2 of which are college graduates (1 lawyer and 1 travel mgt. spec.) and our youngest is now in college after recently completing his active duty mili...Expand for more
tary with the Army and a year of that also being spent in Iraq. We now have 4 grandchildren and 1 more on the way.
I continued competitive olympic shooting throughout my military reserve years, winning several gold medals for our country, setting 2 world records, making for 34 medals in international tournaments, overall.
Am a retired/rehired school psychologist and loving life. I still shoot competitively, although only at the state and national level now.
Life has been good to me and my family.
