In September of 1966 I hired on at Pacific Telephone and Telegraph (an AT&T subsidiary) which became PacBell which became SBA which is now back to AT&T.
I retired from SBC in December of 2003.

going crazy and the loss of funds in my annuity.
We now live in a small Kansas town in the middle of nowhere with our cats and dogs and looking to move closer to a larger city. We do not like drive 70 miles one way to visit a Walmart.
I run a home-based business as a freelance writer, editor, proofreader, book reviewer, and Internet marketer. Thank heavens for high-speed Internet. I guest blog, maintain blogs and social media for a client. I have 5 blogs of my own and a website for my business as well as many social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
I am involved with Burnt Prairie Authors writing group. I am working on establishing a writing workshop at the local library.
The future will come and my wife and I will live it.
