Bob's Story
I attended Center Moriches schools until I was in the fifth grade and my sister Glenda was in the 7th. We moved to Canada and only came back to Center for some vacations. Since I lived there for 8 years, it has always felt like my home. I have lived in SC for fifty years, but do not speak like a southerner. I grew up on Lake View Place, a little street of South Ocean Ave. While at Center I played little league baseball, was in the scouts, went to St John's Episcopal Church and played every day with Lee Sinnickson. I am on Facebook and talk to Cheryl Hooper. Susan Janis and others all the time.. I lived all the time on the creeks fishing and mostly crabbing.
It was the good life.
