Life Life's Bio - This should be interesting. After high school I continued working at Buxton's drugs. I became Mgr. of the store and stayed until the early 70's. During that time I was also an investor in Pro Sports Center which is still in business. After leaving Eureka I ended up in Santa Rosa. My first job was an Assistant Mgr. for a Finance Company and eventually as Manager for another Company. I left that business to go to work for K-Mart and became a Mgr. of the Applicance and Elect. Dept. still in the early and mid 70's. After that I went to work for an Electronics Distributor in San Francisco and continued that for a few years. It was a lot of fun traveling around California with that company. With the contacts I had made in that industry it lead me to get involved with the Levitz's from Levitz's Furn. I became an investor with Sid Levitz's and joined him in a venture that lead us to having 24 stores in California and being one of the largest Furniture and Appliance chains during the early 80's.
