Bobbie's Story

After finishing All Breed Dog Grooming School, I raised & showed Samoyed. My one dog was 8th top winning Samoyed in Nation back in 73-74. I competed in competition and was titled 2 time National Dog Grooming Champion. Once in California and once in Denver. I also Judged a grooming contest. I groomed dogs for little over 26 years and had 5 employees. In junction with my grooming shop & supplies I opened one of the first self-service grooming. which brought me to State Farm Insurance. I'm back living in Colorado after my husbands work transferred us to Phoenix, AZ for 8 years. Then my job sent us to Irving, TX for a year 5 MO. We didn't care for TX so I put in for different job status with State Farm and was excepted for present position. Move back on Jan 18, 2008. In 10 years, I hope to be retired. I'm going to get there by continue what I'm doing. Want to travel and assist in a program called MAPS. Get my health in better condition.
