Bobby's Story
Life
Hi all, I left Tampa in Oct 61 to Join the Air Force after a year at USF. 7yrs3mo11days later, after 3yrs in Paris France and One year in Nha Trang Vietnam as a paramedic, I returned to the civilian world in Santa Maria, Calif. After receiveing a BS degree in Math from Cal Poly I went into education. After 15 years as a Teacher, Vice principal, Principal and Superintendent, I became a FED employee, where I completed 20 years as an Organization Development Consultant for the Treasury Dept (IRS) and retired. During all this time I managed to squeeze in 24 years in the Army Reserve, retiring Oct 99 with 33 years. I have a Daughter in Italy, and a son in Houston, Texas.. I still love to Dance, Party and belonged to a Mardi Gras Krewe in Galveston, Tx where I was King in 2001. Had been single since 87 and in 2003 married a great, red headed, cajun woman named Mary. who is an ENFP like me. (Meyrs Briggs Type)
I traveled a lot in my job working with groups to build teams, resolve conflict and instruct a lot of management workshops. I had lots of fun in my job and really enjoy working with people. We travel now in our motorhome and have been full time travelers since 2006 after we both retired. Mary retired from the VA after 30 years of service. Look forward to visiting my friends as we travel.
