More about Bobby:"I am currently a PhD candidate at Taos Institute/Tilburg University studying and applying the many aspects, effects and benefits of Play in Organizations. I am also one of only 240 graduates of the University of Pennsylvaniaâs Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program founded and directed by the founder of Positive Psychology, Martin E.P. Seligman PhD.
Utilizing the powerful synergy of my MAPP degree, the learnings and experience as the former #1 Land/Range Rover salesperson and manager in the world and extensive therapy and coaching training I have evolved into a personal and professional âPassion, Purpose, Play and Profitâ coach, consultant, trainer and speaker, serving clients worldwide. Prior to these roles, I worked in sales for over 25 years. Due to the pioneering applications of Sales, Positive and Spiritual psychologies and practices I quickly achieved success becoming the top salesperson in the region for Acura, Mercedes and BMW. Then in the 6 years I was with Land/Range Rover I was the # 1 salesperson in volume and customer satisfaction the world as well as being the #1 sales manager for 2 of those years.
As a man of many passions, I studied the Rubenfeld Synergy Method (RSM) with its founder Ilana Rubenfeld for three years, and became a RSM therapist. I also completed two years coach training at Coach University. In addition I am an Interfaith minister and Rei Ki master, and have traveled around the world to experience and study with Healing, Spiritual, and Qi Gong Masters.
Committed to helping others I have participated in a number of community projects with organizations, such as Save the Children, Habitat for Humanity, and Special Olympics.
I am also a Certified Corporate Speaker as well as a member of The International Association of Corporate Speakers.
On a more personal level I have a great love and appreciation for beauty and greatness, for the written and spoken word and movies. I am also a voracious reader who loves to learn and share. And I love hiking and climbing in natureâs splendor all over the world especially when shared with family, friends and my beloved boxer, Robusto.".
