Actually, I went on a football scholorship to western new mexico for the fall semester of 72' and then transferred to Abeliene christian college on football scholorship, for spring of 73', then came bk to UTEP on football scholorship and redshirted for the season and played the nxt season and had gotten married to Kathy Fleming, in aug of 73' then finished at UTEP grad in 77, first daughter was born, Amber and was able to get a higher paying job on the rail road in Tucson,Az. than teaching in El Paso, so took that, secound child was born in 1980 a son, Corey, and we raised our family there till about 82' When I left the Rail Road to Manage and promote Randall "Tex" Cobb, boxing and acting career, he was a former team mate of mine in Abiliene, and was best man at our wedding, so got to travel and mix it up with the best of them, and in 1990 had enough was traveling way to much so we needed a cha...Expand for more
nge, and moved out to san francisco bay area, where we are still at, Livermore, CA. I got my insurance licence and opened a Farmers insurance agency and coached highschool football, was the varsity line coach and head JV soccer coach, and did that for 8 years, winning one state championshiop in the oakland collisium, where the Raiders play was a real high point and was coaching my son, who went on to earn a scholorship to UTEP as a wide reciever, and didn't like it there and went to Nebraska college and just played his last season, our daughter grad from chico state, played soccer there, so very athletic kids, was a kick to watch them grow up and be involved with thrie lives, now i am into softwar sells, document management, and Kathy works at the Livermore Lab, and we are both enjoying the bay area, travel a lot, and see the sites, looking forward to tomorrow to see what it brings......*winks......Bobber
