After graduating from Paramount High School in 1954, I attended Southern California Bible College (now Vanguard University), and graduated there in 1958. Shortly after becoming an Assistant Pastor at an Assembly of God congregation in Salinas, CA, I met my bride-to-be, Carol McKenzie, and we were married on February 13, 1960. Lake Assembly of God, Blue Lake, CA, and in 1965 we returned to central California to pastor First Assembly of God, Castroville, CA. I entered a graduate program at Fuller Theological Seminary, in 1969, where I received both a master¿s degree and a Ph.D. I became an instructor at Bethany Bible College (now Bethany University), in 1974, and retired in 1998. In retirement I have written a book, Quest for Q: The Life You¿ve Been Looking For, and now enjoy spending more time on projects of my preference.
