Life Poetry is my life, I write every day and self-publish my poetry books. For 8 years I volunteered with Hospice working with dying children, adults, bereavement counseling, etc. These days I'm disabled and I go to Paradise Valley Community Center with my husband. Our immediate family has grown - we're now 62 and growing. Husband's name is Robert Russell and our two sons are Robert and Russell. Have three stepchildren, Robyn, Scott and Daniel. Daniel was in the Marines and was killed in 1988 walking back to base (Fort Lejune). A man fell asleep at the wheel of his semi and hit Danny. We have seven granddaughters and one grandson, twenty-two nieces and nephews and ten grandnieces and nephews. We get together every birthday, holiday, graduation and just because we feel like it. Oh, I have six sisters and one brother. People are overwhelmed when they meet my family - but we just have fun and enjoy being together. When I went to East I also worked after school in the office for two hours, walked home, ate and went to work at Riazzi's Italian Restaurant until 1 a.m. On weekends I worked at Little Sisters of the Poor Nursing Home taking care of the elderly then went home for a few hours and back to work at Riazzi's. ...Expand for more
