Bonice's Story
Life
Went to high school in El Monte, CA & Anacortes, WA Married sailor, raised 6 kids, lived all over USA in Navy 20 yrs. Moved to Florida in 1991. Work as bookkeeper for Catholic Church in Melbourne. Husband died August, 2001. Now live with Daughter's family in Melbourne. Waiting to retire in August 2004. Just learning now to live with Diabetes. Still look forward to each day with joy. Classmates reunited me with my brother, Wade, Class of 1955. Have met lots of old friends thru Classmates. Love to hear from you.
Sept 2006 Retired July 2005, married again September 2005, still living in Florida, trying to sell our 2 houses and move to The Villages, Florida, a terrific 55+ golf cart community.

o. We love to golf, do water aerobics, attend the Lifelong Learning College. I am currently taking Tai Chi.
November 2010. Discovered non-small lung cancer, had already spread to bones, so now have bone marrow cancer. I have had continuous chemotherapy and 4 bouts of radiation. No cure possible, but I continue use to enjoy what I can. I read voraciously, watch tv, enjoy visits with friends, enjoy cooking still.
August 2011 moved into Freedom Point here in The Villages. ( a Brookdale senior living community) maid service once a week, main meal in five star restaurant, maintaince, entertainment, And all kinds of other daily activities.

Renetta lives four miles away, so I see her everyday.
