Bonifacio's Story
Life
Can't complain. I've had a full life so far and got to see and do many things. Got two children, Bonifacio IV (Bo) and Alana. I'm also a grandpa! Her name is Kailey Jadelynn Hernandez. She is Bo's daughter.
Teresa and I have been back in San Antonio since 1995 after I retired from the military. We bought our first house here in the northwestern part of San Antonio. We are about to see what life is going to like as parents of an almost empty nest.
College
Started out at the Air Force Academy from graduation. Did not come out as I had expected. I finished my computer science degree in '82 at Southwest Texas State University up in San Marcos, Tx. Workplace
Currently working for civilian contractor, Lear Siegler Services, Inc. as an Academic Navigation Instructor. I teach at the USAF Navigation School at Randolph AFB, TX. I have worked there since 1995 after retiring from the military.
Military
I was a cadet at the Air Force Academy in 1976. Two years later I was a basic trainee at good ole' Lackland AFB, TX. My first assignment was Randolph AFB, TX. I finished my degree and went to Officer Training School and became an officer in 1982. I went to Navigation school and became a navigator in the Air Force. I flew the KC-135 Stratotanker until 1995 when I retired. Traveled to Europe, Central America, and all over the Pacific before I retired. Teresa and I enjoyed it very much.
