Bonnie's Story
Life
Once I left High School, I became an EMT for 6 yrs, got married and moved around the area. I became a data entry operator, then was divorced in 1995. Somewhere in the middle of all that, I attended Crafton Hills College and got my Associates Degree in Natural Sciences. I remarried in 1998 and worked at a camp and lived in Crestline, then worked as a Mortgage QA specialist for a large bank. I "retired" in 2005 and we moved to Washington State to a little town called Ione, about 20 miles south of British Columbia on the far northeast corner of the state. I drive as a substitute school bus driver, sell on ebay and work as an EMT for the volunteer Fire Department here, and my...Expand for more
husband Michael does also (He is retired Coast Guard). We live on 5 acres on the beautiful Pend Oreille River. We have a very spoiled calico cat, lots of deer, and an occasional bear visit.
School
I loved and hated high school. I don't think I'd want to go through it again. I was way too shy and didn't have all that much fun :(
Workplace
Emt for 6 years, data entry for another 6, worked at a camp as a registrar & cleaning cabins and kitchen work, worked for a large mortgage company for several years, then retired to Washington. I sell on ebay, drive a school bus part time, and am a paid call EMT for the fire department. Not planning on working full time again any time soon.
