Bonnie's Story
So here I am still living in Florida. Lost my dad in 1992 and my sister in 1994. Have raised her two daughters and our two sons...managed to get them all into adulthood. Now have 7 grandchildren……..20, 14, 12, 10, 9, 8 and the youngest is 6 years old. Sadly, I lost my mom on July 6, 2014 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Was still working as a secretary at the same school, until I retired june 2016. Life goes on...and we take it one day at a time. Have ...Expand for more
lost some close friends over the past years...but good memories keep them alive in my heart. In 2008 I marched in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade still playing the flute with the St. Petersburg awesome second time arounders marching band. It was so cool and so cold! Remembered why I moved to Florida. My oldest son recently got married to a really sweet, hard working young lady. I not only gained a daughter, but 2 more grandchildren, which is why I now have 7!
