Bonnie's Story
Life
After finishing high school in 1969, I started college and I have basically been there ever since. I got a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia in 1982, and after teaching at USL, SLU, and Western Illinois University, I have been on faculty at the University of Georgia. I have two children, a daughter, Emily, who is 25, and a son, Adam, who is 22. I also have 2 dogs and several fish in the pon...Expand for more
d outside. I recently married Neil, a former professional tennis player from Hawaiia who settled in Athens. He has two sons--Cory, 26, and Mason, 23.
I love to travel and have been to 27 countries thanks to my work. I also enjoy reading, movies, cooking, spending time with friends--some of whom were my friends at AJ--and laughing. I think I was much shyer in high school than most people thought, but I am more outgoing now.
