Kandice Gremillion:  

I was in the class of 1974, the last year Northbrook & Spring Woods were together. We were so crowded, we all had to share lockers and had tons of T-shacks! Hated those T-shacks! I was a hippy chic and thought that was so cool. Hung around with the guys with the wigs plopped like rats nest hats on the top of their heads with their pony tails hanging out. Nikki Nichols, Clifton Dunaway, others I can't recall right now. Had a crazy year & ended up leaving Texas almost at the end of my Junior year. Ran off with an older guy, my first husband Kayo Popps. We went to Wyoming and then Michigan, where I lived for 19 years. I raised one son there, Daniel Popps, who is now 34 with 2 kids of his own. He still lives in Michigan, but in 1992 after I got divorced I came back to Texas. I've been living in the Rosenberg area on a 15 acre "ranchette" with my best and final husband, Keith Gremillion (in photo). We are both self employed, he is a general contractor & I am a realtor with RE/MAX. I do primarily residential & farm & ranch, focusing on land.
