Boyce's Story
Boyce was born in Athens, Tx. Moved to Beaumont and attended Averill elm. Went to Millard Junior High and graduated from French High in 1965. I should have graduated in '63 but I quit shcool for 2 years and then went back and finished after having to start all over in the 10th grade. I married shortly after graduation and was blessed with a son in 1967. He has a birthday tomorrow, 11/22. The marriage did not last but the blessing is that I met my wonderful wife now of 27 years. Each day has been a blessing in our lives. We are members of the First United Methodist Church of Huntsville and my wifes youngest son Kent kives just down the road from us. I retired from DuPont after 37 years and moved to Huntsville where we live on a small farm of 20 acres where we have our horses, donkeys, angora goats, chickiens, dogs, cats and one very spoiled pot bellied pig. My wife is a retired nurse with Harris County Health Dept. but is presently working part time as a hospice nurse before she has a total knee surgery on 12/4. I get to be her nurse for a change.
Look forward to hearing from all of you.

ave been on here so here goes. The good news is that all is great in Huntsville and my wife and I as happy as ever. We have downsized some with some of our animals as we have gotten a little older. We are down to five horses, two donkeys, three dogs, four cats, two ring necked doves and one spoiled pot bellied pig that a "FRIEND" gave us for a gift. That does not count all the chickens. My wife is about to realize a lifelong dream of going on a mission trip in January to an island off Hondorus called Utila. Our church will be sponsoring
The group of medical people to help get the children ready for school. I am so proud of her and her group of ladies of the work they are doing.
The old man here is falling apart a little. I am going to have to have a total knee done next month. I am not really looking forward to having it done but I am ready to stop it hurting. My wife had hers done last year and did great but she is tougher than I am. Someone told me that is why ladies have the babies.
Reunion time is getting closer and I am so hoping we can get a lot more people than at the last one I was at. Love to hear from you
