For more than five years I worked as an attorney/tax consultant for the ÂBig Four accounting firms Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers. I now provide services in business law, commercial and residential real estate law, and business taxation and finance for individuals and small and medium-sized business clients in Connecticut and New York.

MBA degree from Syracuse University. I also received a law degree from Syracuse and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in Taxation from Georgetown University. I am licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York and opened a solo law practice in Westport, Connecticut in June of 1995. I opened a second office in New Canaan, Connecticut in March of 2007.
