Brad's Story
Brad is from Claremont, California. Brad's schools include Claremont High School. Brad later attended University of New Mexico. After graduation from UNM the next 25 years I managed/owned a restaurant/bar and catering service. Since my restaurant era I've been involved with real estate as a Broker with my partner of RioLobo Realty, LLC. With market changes and it did in a big way in 2007 I've since specialized in distressed properties ie. foreclosures etc.
