WFHS and MSU were great - no doubt about that. I sometimes wish I could go back to those days. Great friends - Symank, Christoff, Kuehler, Martinez, Costello, what's not to love? Playing baseball was as stressful as it got! Shortly after graduating from MSU in 1993, I got married to a wonderful woman, Mitzie (Lovell), and we just celebrated our 15 year anniversary. 1993 - I moved to Portales, NM, where she was finishing her Masters at ENMU. I was unemployed for a couple of months (very depressed economy) and "landed" a job with SW Cannery - my first assignment (with a degree) was at a Coke bottling plant - I was tasked with emptying expired Coke products into a drain so the plastic and aluminum could be recycled. Livin' the dream. 1995 - Mitzie finished her degree and we moved to Lincoln, NE, for her new position with University of Nebraska - I worked for the Lincoln Police Department.
