Brandi's Story
Life
Currently, my life is in transition. I am working towards the vision that had been preordained for my life. I still have a long journey ahead of me but I know that all things are possible. I was always certain that I am destined for greatness, but through dedication, time and humility--it will happen. I thank God for the struggles and the accomplishments that I have faced. I encourage others who may feel like nothing is happening for them--just hold on and know that you can overcome anything that is an obstacle in your way. Its never too late to fulfill your purpose in life.
School
Currently, I am working on my last and final degree. In the fall of 2006, I will be going back to school to obtain a PhD to further my purpose in life then that will be it!!! I am a professional student and proud ...Expand for more
of it!!!
College
College is a life long experience. It doens't end when you graduate, it actually begins. I had a great time in college. I thought that college life would resemble "A Different World" even though it wasn't a HBCU. In some ways, it resembled the format of the show. Even though HBCU's are great, I don't feel that I missed out on anything by not attending one. I kind of miss college life because it was much simpler then but when I am hanging out with former college grads/alums--it seems like college life all over again!!
Workplace
I have plan to retire from the workforce by 35. I am slowly but surely building up my entrepreneurship skills and my portfolio that when the time comes--the money will start working for me!! It sounds crazy but watch what happens later on in the future.
