Brandy's Story
Hey everyone! It has been a long time! After grade school, I attended Big Sky. After graduation, I kind of did my own thing for a little while. At the age of 21 I had my daughter, Jade. When she was a year old, I met my first husband Dan. We were married for about four years and three of those years were awful. Apparently, I did not exist to him. I ended up leaving and divorcing him recently. During that marriage, I gave birth to our son, KJ.
I moved to Billings, MT about 2 1/2 years ago with my first husband. We moved because of his work.

I earned my AA in Criminal Justice a little while back and I am now working on my BA in Psychology. I am about half done with that one, and then I will be transitioning in my Master's. My ultimate aspiration is to become a parental psychologist. I would very much like to teach others how to be good parents. I worked at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch during 2007, and learned much. One of the things I really retained was that the kids in my care cannot be helped if their home environment does not change. The parents have to be willing to help as well. That is what I am hoping to accomplish.
