Bren's Story
Life
I spend a lot of time traveling between Europe and the States with my husband. We came back to the state in February and we will be packing up and heading east again in the fall. Keep looking on here or even better let me know you were here and I'll drop you a line and say HEY!
School
School was fun, I would do it all over again if I had to and probaly would chage very little if anything. Anne Bettes was the teacher who made a very big difference in my life.
College
College was one big adventure. I was fortunate enough to spend two years in Paris and attend classes, even though I didn't speak the lanuage. I w...Expand for more
as able to get by on German and English. As I got more comfortable with the country my French improved. Grad School was a joy. It took me to Eastern United States and I really grew as a person.
Workplace
After college I worked in an Engineering Firm until my mother left us. After she died, I spent a year in Hong Kong, to sort out my life. Came back to the states, working for myself. Got married to a European and USCIS forced me back into corporate America where I fell back on my Master's Degree in Finances. I now work for a prestigous wire house firm. I guess you can never have too much education.
