Brenda's Story
Life
Life has been good to me...Graduated early from High School and went to work...left home to strike out on my own ...started working in the food retail business and decided i really enjoyed it...
Started with PC and moved on to Grand Union ...then after a few years ...married Charles and had a total of 5 children....2 boys..a daughter...then 2 more boys....stayed home for a few years then went back to work...decided that i wanted to move into the management part of retail so trained with Burger King...then moved on to a series of restaurants ....loving every minute of it...
Went back to college (Johnson state) to get my degree in business to help boost the paycheck...hard work as an adult of 37 but met great people and still have great friends from that time of my life.
Now the children are all over 21 so i now have stepped down to just a pio...Expand for more
n in the business and work for the Price Chopper chain in Burlington...In the seafood dept...and loving it...also do register ...working full time with no responsibilities...such a good thing...
Now i work and enjoy the freedom to do the crafts that i had to put aside to raise the family....
Update; Remember all the free time i was suppose to be having?? Guess what/ ya you got it...too much going on for the goof off time. Instead i will be celebrating 36 yrs of marriage in October to the same man. Not many of us left who can say that but glad i got it right the first time.That doesn't count about the 5 grandchildren i love/ or the camp we built to run too/ or the new job i am not sure if i like. or / or/ or LOL
