Brenda's Story
Life
Since graduating I have worked for the Federal Government, either in the Army or as a Civilian. I have been married since 1979 to Jim and we have one son Bryan, age 21. I have lived in Georgia since 1978. I am a Medical Technician, working in the Chemistry Department at Fort Gordon. I enjoy traveling, cooking and crafting. I hope to open my own bakery when I retire. hology Support at the hospital where I work. Also, on August 21, 2005 I became the grandmother to a beautiful little girl, Abigail. Can't wait to spoil her. In January 2007, another granddaughter was born. Her name is Emma Cadence. Both of the girls are happy and well.
In May 2011, we lost our son to PTSD suicide. He was in the Army. We do see our Granddaughters on a regular basis. I will probably retire in 2022..
