Brenda's Story
Life
Hi to all my long lost friends, in Fair Oaks, and Arcadia. I've just become computer literate, so here is a little about me. I've gone from being the child from hell to taking care of those same type of kids. I had my first child at 17, surprise, (he's an absolutely awesome young man). Then I started growing up and eventually had a beautiful daughter, and two more sons. I was the manager of a restaurant in Sacramento for a few years, then went into the Insurance Industry with my parents. After my divorce in 1989, I felt I needed to stay home with my children, and at that time I became a full time foster parent. I have now been a foster parent for 17 years. I met my wonderful husband through little league, I was managing one of my boys teams...Expand for more
and he became my coach, and the rest is history. Luckily he cares about kids as much as I do, and togeather we have adopted 4 children, ages 18, 12 7 and 5, and we are in the process of adopting a 13 month old. Everytime I think that i'm getting to old for this, another child comes along that I can't say no to. Currently we have 10 children between us and soon our new baby. Oh yeah, I also have 3 beautiful granddaughters. So all the times my mom use to wish a daughter on me, it happened many times over.
