Brent retired from law enforcement in 2005 after 36 yrs. of police work, he went to Iraq as a contractor for the Department of Justice and Department of Defense, teaching Iraq special forces and Iraq SWAT Police, CQB, full auto weapons, Leadership. He transferred to the medical unit with the 44th MedCOM 86th and 10th Mountain units as a US Army Flight Medic and US Army Combat Medic Instructor for 26 months.
On return he went to work for Purcell Security on contract with BP Oil Exploration on the North Slope Of Alaska for 8 yrs. as a medic and security Agent. In Jan 2015 Brent was appointed as " Under Sheriff " for Nye Co. Sheriffs Office in Pahrump, Nevada, Nye Co, is the 3rd largest county in the USA and has a staff of approx. 108 sworn deputies and 40 civilian staff. Total budget of approx. 30 million dollars.
Kathleen Ann and Brent are still married after 45 yrs together and love there home and life in the Nevada. They love company and always have a cold beer or glass of wine available.
