Well, no big surprise, I married my high school sweetheart Karen Couvillon. We'll have been married 25 years this August. We have two daughters ages 21 and 17. My oldest attends U of H and my youngest will be a senior at Spring Woods High School in the fall. Karen has been a Petroleum Engineer for the past 20 plus years. I spent 15 years as a working musician playing in various bands between Houston and Austin before returning to college and finishing my BA in psychology. I received my masters degree in social work and am currently in the proposal phase of my doctoral degree (I can't wait to get out of school!); should be another year or so. I currently work as a psychotherapist for the hospital district and occasionally as an adjunct professor at U of H. Music remains my passion. I continue to write, record and perform as often as possible.
