Brett's Story
Life
After High School I served in the Marine Corps. This included being in the Marine Corp Wrestling Team.
When I left the Marines, I ended up in Ann Arbor for 10 years. I had several ocupations including assistant manager for small Entertainment Company setting up Sound and Lighting systems for Concert, Theatrical, and other Stage Productions and DJ for Weddings and High School dances.
I got Married in '90 to a U of M Grad Student, Renee Lizon.
I received an EET degree at the age of 37. I am now an Electrical Engineer with Underwriters Laboratories evaluating products for safety in the Chicago, IL area [we are that "UL" you see on your refrigerator, toaster, Air Conditioner, Electr...Expand for more

We have 3 beautiful girls, our first born in 1992 and identical twins born in 1998.
Military
Bootcamp in Paris Island, Plt 2091, graduated Dec 1978.
Supply School at Camp Johnson, graduated top 3, chose Yorktown, VA as duty station (why I still don't know).
Supply Clerk at Marine Barracks NWS Yorktown.
After placing 2nd in 5th Navel District wrestling tournment I received orders to go to Quantico, VA for USMC wrestling team tryout. Made the team but tore out my back before nationals.
Went back to NWS in time for IG inspection. Received Meritorious Mass for Excellent ratings in areas of responsability.
Finished tour in Oct 1981.
