Life I've had some ups and downs in life, as I'm sure everyone has, but life has been pretty good to me, I can't complain. The "downs" have made me a strong person, which enables me to be the "backbone" of my family. I moved away from Ca. a few times, but it kept drawing me back. I'm a Property Administrator for commercial properties and senior housing. I started with my company 17 years ago in Lancaster, but they transferred me to Burbank in 1999. I have to make trips to A.V. on a regular basis, as I have one senior building there. I have a wonderful husband,Troy, whom I married 1500 ft airborne, in a hot air balloon in 1995 in Lancaster (we made the front page of the A.V. Press and was on ABC,NBC,CBS and other stations). He and my two sons are all three electricians. Tony Rhodes, my oldest son (37 yrs), owns "Advance Electric" in Antelope Valley. Randy, my youngest (36 yrs), owns "P & R Electric", also in A.V. I'm so proud of my sons. They are the best thing I ever did in my life. I have 5 grandchildren that are complete joys, and two grandchildren from my husbands' daughters.
