Life
Well as most people may know... after going to culinary school I moved around alot I lived and worked in Alta , a ski resort in Utah, I was the Chef of a Mid-Moutain lodge, which was awesome.. I worked that winter job for 2 seasons.. I also lived and worked in Jackson WY (aka Jackson hole) I was working for the Grand Teton National Park... at Jackson Lake Lodge in the main dining room which is fine dining 5 star, 5 diamond... working for a chef from Norway...he was an asshole...after that I went south to Arizona lived and worked in Scottsdale for about 4 months couldnt take the heat.....Expand for more
then to ABQ New Mexico , which suxs ..DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...ABQ suxs its boring...then I was back in Jersey .. I was the Opening Sous Chef for the Riverside Cafe that place right their on 31 going towards Glen Gardener...then I got the itch and had to head south ...well the plan was Key West , but I opnl;y had enough to get me to Charleston... so thats were I am... with My GF (who is also from jersey) (CranFord) Image all that traveling I did and still ended up with someone from jersey.... anway im on vacation here on the Outer Banxs so let me go.... love ya all
