Life
I'm celebrating 32 years of practicing law and the last 22 years specializing in elder law. The good news is that I'm closer to retirement. The bad news is that I'm freaking old.
The other good news is that my two daughters are out of the house and almost on their own - just the financial strings remain. I'm happily living with my partner Marla and we are considering marriage next ...Expand for more

We spend most of our time in Tucson, Arizona and vacation when we can at our cabin in the White Mountains of Arizona and at our condo on the beach in Jaco, Costa Rica. It's a pretty sweet life!
For those who are curious, I remain a wildly liberal Democrat - very anti war and pro universal health care. Time has not warped my sense of fairness and justice.
