Brian's Story

I moved from ukiah when I was 19 years old and thankful for doing so . I moved to Modesto for a while met my wife , got married , and moved to the bay area . I've worked high end construction for a while but my main focus was stage concert lighting . I've gotta say with my hard work and a great agent I've done really , really well with it too . I've done shows from exclusive to arena shows for so many bands and acts it would be impossible to list even half of them . I've worked with anything from the greatful dead to rammstien , slayer to black eye peas , jayz , james Brown and the list goes on and on . I've done allot for pay per view , HBO , showtime and a long list of music videos that have been awarded by MTV and who have won Grammys etc. I've worked with a few broadway shows and comedy shows like tenacious D but my heart ls in live concerts. I have been sponsored by Red bull , Miller genuine draft , jose quervo , coka cola , Monster energy drink and that list goes on and on as well . I've only done lights and key grip for one horror movie that will be on the big screen near you in the fall of 2010 but I found out I really hate doing movies . I am for the most part retired but if the gig or price is right or too cool to pass up I would concider it . I have also done very well with playing drums over the years in various bands and guest apperiences . I changed my name for stage to protect myself from friggn wacko stalkers lol . I wish I was kidding . I still play drums but any more I promote myself as a solo artist . But I've been much much more sucsessful with my lighting career . but I still love playing . I know it sounds like I'm bragging on my accomplishments but really im not that person at all . In fact if you knew me in person or caught me on the street you would never hear me talk about my self at all . I have friends who...Expand for more
Ive known for quite a while and never even knew about my successful career or history . I'm not ashamed by any means , I just feel that no matter what no matter who you are or what your accomplishments may be , everyone is equal and talented in one way or another , so I wouldnt want anyone to treat me any differently than anyone else . Ive actually learned that and that theory by the Late James Brown RIP . He was the sweetest most humble guy you could know or the biggest jerk if you got on his bad side which i never once did lol .. Him and I got along really well for the fact that i never treated him any different than anyone else but with a typical human respect . he would tease me about my green hair and so on and i would give him crap about his thick ass dyed black mop on his head for hair or about his little pelvic dances he would do when he picked up a guitar or bass and so on . it was too funny , you had to see it . I was one of the few who could really get away with talking mad crap to him then he would just throw it right back at me and we would just bust up about it and go back and forth . he was a great guy and I truly miss him . My wife Shannon and I have been married for 15 years now . She's been such a blessing to my life and my biggest support . She is awesome and has my heart . She is so special to me that I had to marry her again and would do it a thousand more times again . We decided early on not to be breeders , so no kids . I gotta say I really appreciate the decision we made for our lifestyle .We like kids n all but Kids are not for everyone . If you remember me I would love to hear from you . I'm still the same fun adventurous goofy person I always was . Life may have changed my hair color many many times but never changed my core person . So shoot me a message let's talk !!!! I would love to hear from ya .
