Brian's Story
Who knew that 35 years later, I would discover my parents were right? About EVERYTHING. But, although I never went on to college, and thanks to a work ethic I inherited from my dad, I have done very well. I am currently Operations Manager for Stop & Shop, at their Freetown Distribution Center. I live in Whitman, MA with my wife Karen (Washington) who is from Randolph as well. I have 5 children, 3 of which are from a previous marriage (Gerard-Annemarie & Joey), and 2 with Karen (Ryan & Aidan). I have lost touch with virtually every single person I went to school with, which is kind of strange (I admit), considering I only moved about 5 miles away. h, but rely on classmates.com to keep me informed on how everyone is doing. I don't imagine that I look much different than I did 35 years ago - well, okay, maybe a little. But I haven't seen the change. Don't forget, I've seen myself everyday for the past 35 years, so for me the change has been gradual. But I know that the rest of you have all aged gracefully. From time to time, I will pass through Randolph, on my way to some other place. I can't believe how much it has changed. I could never imagine moving back there. And thankfully, I don't have to. I do hope that all my former classmates are well. If I could do it again, I would definitely get to know more of you better, and for sure I would study harder. But, I can't complain. Things turned out all right for me...well, almost everything. Take care!
