After Riley I attended Tool & Die design school in South Bend for two years. I worked for two years in tool and die shops, then at a construction job until 1974. CAD until December 2010, when I retired. I am active in the South Bend-Elkhart Audubon Society, where I am the Field Trip Leader and on the Board Of Directors. Woodworking has been a hobby since my early teens and I spend many hours in my basement woodshop. We have a son and daughter and two grandchildren.
