Brian's Story
Life
I moved from Huntington Beach to San Luis Obispo in 1984, and attended San Luis Obispo High School, and then Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After graduating from Cal Poly in 1993, I moved to Ventura, CA, and worked for a couple of different Audio/Visual and Sound Reinforcement production companies. In 1997 I began working for the band "Big Bad Voodoo Daddy". I began as their monitor engineer, and now am currently the band's Tour Manager and Front of House audio engineer. I've been with the band on the Super Bowl 33 Halftime Show, Orange Bowl Halftime show, ESPN ESPY awards, Conan O'Brien, Jay Leno, Carson Daly, and met 3 U.S. presidents. It's been a very wild and surreal ride - one that I would have never expected! I met my wife, Rebecca, while working with the band. She was a Southern California swing dance "groupie" who used to follow the band around to all of it's So-Cal shows. We were married in 2002. We had our first child, Zoe Noelle, in December, 2005.
