Brian's Story
Attended Westminster College in Fulton, MO for 3 years. Enjoyed it and enjoyed joining the Sigma Chi fraternity. Worked in the family furniture business from 1977 until they closed in 1980.
1980 was a busy year! Closed Stark's Furniture, married Suzzan Wendt and opened Darr Furniture Distributing.
In 1983 we had our daughter Ashley. Her real name was to be Ashley Suzzan Stark but at the last moment, my mother said she did not want an ASS for a granddaughter so we named her Suzzan Ashley and she goes by Ashley. This has caused more problems for both of them having the same 1st and last names. Tell your children and grand children not to make this mistake. BIG hassles!

cquired RAIDS (recently acquired income deficiency syndrome) and moved to Houston, TX. where we lived for 10 years.
In 1996 I was recruited by a start-up company based in Dallas to develop their merchandising plan so we packed up and moved for what was believed to be a better opportunity.
The business closed in 2000. A few months later I was hired by a Direct Mail order company in Dallas to head up their merchandising department. My position has required trips to Asia 2 - 3 times per year which has been interesting to say the least.
Suzzan and Ashley are both teaching. Suzzan - Physical Education
Ashley - 4th grade.
Learning photography & Mandarin are consuming my free time now.
