Brian's Story

Unfortunately, I didn't get to graduate from Clovis as my father was in the military and we moved the summer prior to my senior year. However, my heart is still with Clovis High School. I graduated from a high school in Tampa, FL. I joined the Air Force in 1975 and retired from the military in 1996. I stayed in Belleville, IL (across the Mississippi River from St Louis, MO). warehouse manager. I then went to work for Smurfit Stone as a Market Analyst. Unfortunately, they were bought out in 2011 and the department I worked for lost a large customer and I was laid off that same year in June. It is now January 2012 and still looking for a job with no success and starting in 2013 I decided to just consider myself retired from the workforce. Thank goodness my wife has a good job and I can be a stay at home husband and do projects on our 100 year old house.
