So here is my second attempt to post my email for anyone who feels like sending email... breeliz at verizon.net) After HS, I went to NIU and got a BS and an MA in Philosophy. I went to SUNY Stony Brook where I was studying for my PhD. Finished my coursework and decided that teaching Philosophy wasn't for me so I came home and went to work as the Curator of the Chemistry Dept. at Roosevelt Univ. I then went into the insurance industry. Shortly thereafter I got married to a Latin woman named Josie. I also got a lot more education. Over the years I became a CLU and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). I then went back to college and got an MS in Financial Services. I spent 8 years in the insurance industry working as a Regional Account Exec for a group insurance company. I had 4 midwestern states and became the Divisions leading salesperson for 5 of 6 years. I went to work for one of my reinsurance clients and moved to Florida where I managed the Florida office which had about 1/3 of this medical insuror's total volume. I left there due to impending financial problems for that company and started my own consulting business. I did management consulting for 15 years in Altamonte Springs, Florida. I used to write a lot of business plans for companies seeking venture capital. In 1991, I got divorced after 14 years and finally ended up transitioning and getting gender reassignment surgery in 1994 in Montreal, Quebec. Following surgery I only lost one client and I gained several others. Go figure. One of my clients asked me to write a technical manual about data communication. That got me into the computer business. I started doing technical writing and went to work for various clients such as Delta Airlines in Atlanta and HotOffice. I took a contract with AT&T in Lisle, IL and moved back to Elmhurst. Later AT&T asked me to become an employee. By this time I was acting as a webmaster for their Information Services Group. In 2000, AT&T sold me to IBM where I have acted as webmaster on the AT&T account to the present day. During that time I became a Certified Cold Fusion developer. I now develop and maintain enterprise level Cold Fusion applications for IBM and AT&T. I also administer the Tivoli Usage and Accounting Manager application which bills AT&T for IBM mainframe services. I ride a 2003 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide motorcycle. I am a member of both Wildfire HOG in Villa Park, IL and Niagara Falls HOG in Niagara Falls, NY. I have been an officer in both chapter...Expand for more
