Brock's Story
I took a long hard road to my eventual career as a journalist. I'm the former chief washington correspondent for MSNBC. I left journalism after 24 years. If you're curious about my journalism work, just google my name, you'll have more than you bargained for to read. I left MSNBC in 2006 and took a sabbatical for a couple of years. When my money ran out I took a job in the public interest sector. I joined the Center for Democracy and Technology a non-profit group based in Washington, DC, as Communications Director. at CDT I moved on to take a job as an editor for Atlantic Media, which moved me back into journalism. I've lived in DC now for nearly 25 years now.
I wasted my first marriage, learned my lessons and my second marriage is 24 years strong and getting better.
