Gail's Story
Life
After high school I went to Columbia for a semester. I didn't like it at all so I dropped out and went to the Illinois Center for Broadcasting in Lombard. I had two great internships at 95.9 The River and B96, and I had my first radio job before I even graduated. I worked at various stations for a few years then went to Bartending school. I bartended and worked in radio part-time, and I eventually quit bartending and have been lucky enough to get another radio job. ology, but that may change. I'm working at two wonderful radio stations. I am a producer at a News/Talk station and I work weekends on the air at a great country station. I'm not married, no kids, and don't plan on that for a long time. I have been in a few serious relationships since high school, but really am enjoying the single life more. I have great friends, and an awesome family. I'm also happy to say i've become an aunt since high school. So things seem to be on track. I'm not done with college, but have had many life experiences since high school.
