Life
My Spouse
While stationed in Kansas City, Missouri, I helped a young lady move her furniture into the apartment next to mine. Alas 6 months later we were married and 35 years later still are. I shared an apartment with two other Marines at the time, all met there wives in the same complex and all are still married. I guess a good sound place to start a lasting relationship.
My Pets
We have 3 Great Danes. With danes you laugh continously. They are spoiled rotten. We have added a weiner dog and she has taken over the whole show. Still have two cats, I am not certain why, but they will not leave!!!!!!
My Kids
Our son Scott raced motocross on the international level for several years and was the reason I left the Marine Corps to go to work for Kawasaki Motor Corporation as racing manager for Team Green.
He has gotten off the Motorcycles and graduated from St Mary's College. He is now working in Radiology/cat...Expand for more
h lab and special procedures for the University of Missouri in Coumbia. He moved to Missouri in April of this year(2005). He seems to have met the right lady and things seem to be moving forward. Thank god grand kids maybe in sight.
Activities
My wife and I are avid mountain bikers. Both of us compete in the World Senior Games in St. George, Utah. Still very active, I normally ride 150 miles a week. We go to Navajo Lake, Utah and Jacobs Lake, Arizona to ride regularly. It appears we will retire in Utah or Missouri.
Neither I or my wife have any desire to quit working. She is the director of nursing at a small hopsital in Banning, California. We have just sold our Internet business to Pacific Telephone. I will be working for them as the mangager of their wireless division. We are looking at expansion into Prescot/Flagstaff, Arizona and Mesquite, Nevada. That will keep me busy for at least another 5 years.
