Frank's Story
When I left SHS I intended to become a State Trooper. I had all but the last semester of my degree and was accepted by the Michigan State Police to go to their Academy in Lansing. However I was hit by a car on my Motorcycle on Sept. 1, 1973. The damage to my leg and hip took away that option. I poked around in Construction for several years and then woke up and went back to College. I left College early to take a job in the Auto Dealership business. the business and went to work for GM's Technical Assistance Center. I was with them for 6.5 years and got caught up in one of their cut backs. I worked as an Electrician for 2 years and finally got back to work for GM as a District Service Manager for their Medium Duty Truck Division.
During this time I married and divorced an underclassmate Kathy Billington and we have two daughters. After the divorce, I met and later married Cindy D'Anna. We have one daughter and now 3 Grandsons and a Granddaughter. We live in Walled Lake, MI. We go Camping, raise and train our dogs, and I hunt and fish as much as I possibly can.
