Lorri's Story
Life
After graduating I moved to Edmonton where I eventually went to work for a magazine.I worked my way up to the position of editor.I was dating a guy named Harold at the time and in 1981 we got married. When the company went under, Harold had been transfered to Calgary with his employer so with our first son Adam, born in 1983 off we went. Our second son Braedon was born there in 1986. Since the possibility of being transfered often existed, I decided to be a stay at home mom. We were in Calgary for seven years and then moved back near Edmonton to Sherwood park in 1990. I had always had a dream to design a house for our family, so in 1998 that's exactly what I did. We have lived in our home called the Jesse(our last name) for almost six years. ppily married to the same guy. Adam graduated post-secondary as a computer animator and when he could not find any work in his chosen field he decided to enter the trades and now is a second year apprentice electrician. Braedon is apprenticing as a carpenter with the hopes of also one day joining the fire department How time flies. We love to travel with and without the boys. Next stop is back to Europe as we love it there. Have traveled to Switzerland, Germany, France, Austria and Italy,Dubai, London, Paris New York and of course Las Vegas .We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in October and to comemorate the occassion we re-newed our vows. Would love to attend another Woburn reunion and see the old gang.
Turned 50 last year and cannot beleive I have lived in Alberta for 30 years. My husband just retired end of 08 so not sure what the future holds for us
