Trudy D's Story
I hope most of my old friends and classmates remember me for my great compassion and sense of humor. I always wanted to be a doctor when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a strange idea. As it turns out, they were wrong & right.
I relax mostly with my classic films and biographical literature. I enjoy anything with Bette Davis. I also love viewing classic African American films made before 1960.
I can't remember doing many wild things in school. However, if anyone else does please remind me.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have coffee, coffee, and coffee to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
I currently live in Queens, NY where I was born. I have, however, lived in Atlanta and New Jersey. Theres no place like NY and certainly no paychecks like NY paychecks.

We have six children aged 30 to 7(two boys and four girls and we have grandchildren aged 8 to 4( two boys and two girls.
My husband and I met in Linden JHS 192 in the 6th grade IGC class(Miss Rogers class) and have been together for many of the past 36 years on and off.
I think we were also in Mrs. Frazier's music class and Mrs. Farnum's Spanish class.
The one person from my past who I'd like to see again is Helena Goldbourne, because she was such a good friend to me in elementary school.
My husband and I are both in the medical field. He is a substance abuse counselor and has been a Nurses Aide. I am a Nurse by license but I no longer work in direct patient care. I graduated from Queens College and I work in an administrative capacity.
